Run The Shop From The Bay, Not The Counter.
Customers approve repairs from their phone and hear when the car is ready without calling. You run the shop by text from the lift. Start on the free basic version. The AI saves the phone calls.

The customer approves each job on their own phone and signs. What they decline is saved on the car for a follow-up later.
One Car, Drop-Off To Pickup
The board, the receptionist, the customer messages and the follow-ups all read the same repair order, so the car's status is something you set once and everyone hears.

The Call Becomes An Appointment
A new customer calls while you're under a car. The receptionist answers in your shop's name, gets the vehicle and the problem, and books the drop-off, or texts you the request to book with one reply.

Check It In Once
Type the VIN and the year, make and model fill in. Mileage, key tag, damage photos and a signed authorization go on the repair order, and open recalls and service bulletins for that model show up beside it.

They Approve Job By Job
The estimate goes out by text or email. They approve the brakes, decline the wipers and sign. Big tickets can carry your own financing link.

Techs Clock Each Job
Drag the work to a tech. They start and stop each job from their phone, so you see billed hours against clocked hours, and parts on order hold the car at Waiting On Parts until they arrive.

The Customer Hears Before They Ask
Every stage can carry a message, in English or Spanish, with the promise date filled in. When they call anyway, the receptionist reads them the same card.

Declined Work Comes Back
Unapproved estimates, declined repairs, maintenance that's coming due and customers who haven't been back each get one follow-up, mid-morning shop time, only when you turn them on. By email, and by text for estimates and maintenance.

Your AI Team
Three AI pieces that work the phones and the texts while you work the job. Turn on one or all three, and each one writes into the same CRM.

Hear It Answer A Call For Your Business
Type your website. It reads your site, learns your services and service area, then answers the phone the way your front desk would. About 20 seconds, and you can talk to it right here.
Estimates Customers Actually Approve
A wall of line items gets a “let me think about it.” Separate jobs with your notes and photos get a yes on the ones that matter today.
- Approve or decline each job, then one signature, from their phone.
- Your notes and photos on the job, so “scored rotors” isn't just a line.
- Your own financing link on estimates of $1,000 and up, and Affirm on the pay page once you've connected payments.
- Declined work is kept on the car and comes back as a follow-up when you turn it on.

Text Your Shop From The Lift
Text the office line in plain words. It answers from the shop's own records, and reads back anything that touches a customer or money before it does it.

- “who hasn't paid this week?”
- “what's Luis got tomorrow?”

Everything Else The Shop Runs On
Vehicles By VIN
Every customer carries their cars, with year, make and model from the VIN, plate, mileage and the full repair history per car.
Recalls And Bulletins
Open recalls, owner complaints and manufacturer service bulletins for each model, with the bulletin PDFs, on the car and in the tech's app.
Tech Board And Time Clock
Assign work by dragging it to a tech. Each job has its own clock, so efficiency is a number, not a feeling.
Parts Orders And Returns
Parts to order by vendor, purchase orders with partial receiving, and returns and cores tracked until the credit lands.
Shop Numbers
End of day in shop time: car count, average repair order, close ratio, tech efficiency and collected. Lifetime paid sits on every customer.
Fleet Accounts
Fleet and business accounts with credit limits, monthly statements, approval numbers on the repair order and a copy-ready summary for AutoIntegrate.
More Than One Shop
One login and a shop switcher. Customers can move between shops with their history.
Bring Your Tekmetric History
Import customers, cars and repair order history from Tekmetric yourself, or we run it for you.

Honest note: the big shop systems order parts inside the repair order, carry a labor guide and pull CARFAX, and Corex doesn't do those yet. Corex is the better fit when you want to start free and have the AI answering phones, texting customers and bringing declined work back. Competitor prices are their entry plans, from each company's pricing page in September 2026.

Common Questions
Is there a free version?
Yes. The basic shop CRM is free with no card and no trial clock: customers, cars, repair orders, the shop board and invoicing. The AI pieces, like the receptionist, the 24/7 Lead Closer and customer texting, are add-ons you turn on when you want them.
Does it track vehicles and service history?
Yes. Vehicles live on the customer profile with year, make, model, VIN, plate and mileage, and the full repair history per car, including declined and deferred work worth following up on. Type a VIN and the year, make and model fill in.
Does it text my customers when their car moves?
Yes. Each stage on your board can carry a message, in English and in Spanish, that goes out when a car enters that stage, with the promised date filled in. Texts go from your own shop number to customers who agreed to them; everyone else gets the same update by email.
Is it built for collision work or mechanical?
Both. The board comes set up for collision (estimate, approval, parts, body, paint, reassembly, quality check, ready, delivered) and you rename or remove stages in a minute. Insurance jobs carry the insurer, claim number, adjuster and deductible; customer-pay jobs skip all that.
How do I switch from Tekmetric or my current shop software?
From Tekmetric, import your customers, cars and repair order history yourself, or we run the import for you. From anything else, export your customer list as a CSV and we map the fields with you on a free onboarding call.
Can customers approve some repairs and not others?
Yes. Each job on the estimate is approved or declined on its own, then the customer signs once from their phone. Declined work stays on the car, and an optional follow-up brings it back later.
Can I run the shop by text?
Yes, two ways. We can set up an office line you text from your own phone ($89/mo, or $49/mo with any paid AI module or pack) to book a car, add a customer, text a customer or ask who still owes you, and it reads back anything that reaches a customer or touches money before it does it. Or connect your own ChatGPT or Claude through the Corex connector, free with any paid AI module.
Can my techs use it in the field?
Yes. The field app gives each tech their day, one-tap directions and on-my-way texts, in-field estimates and payments, and photo capture on every job. It works offline and syncs when signal comes back.
Do I have to use the AI modules?
No. The CRM is a complete standalone tool. The AI modules are optional add-ons you can turn on later, and because they are native, anything you add writes into the same customer records from day one.
Try It On Your Own Cars
Start on the free basic version, no card. Or book a demo and we'll bring over a slice of your customer list so you see your own cars on the board.
