Do I need to replace my current software?+

Anything else, ServiceTitan included, sends leads in through a webhook (we set it up on your onboarding call). Anything that can send a lead, like Zapier, n8n or a web form, uses that same webhook. Nothing gets ripped out, we work alongside your existing stack.
